Four years!

Today, September 6th marks four years since I took the leap and became self-employed.

Four years of unlocking the door, turning on the table warmer, doing approximately eleventy billion loads of laundry, and getting to work with so many wonderful people.

When I made the decision to go out on my own, I honestly wasn't sure exactly what the next few years would look like. I just knew I wanted to create a practice that felt like me, a place where people could feel comfortable, cared for, and never judged for whatever their body happened to be doing that day.

And somehow, four years later, here we are.

I'm incredibly grateful to the people who have trusted me with their care, recommended me to friends and family, kept coming back, checked in on me, and supported my little business along the way.

Whether you've been seeing me for years or you've only been in once, thank you. Truly.

✨ A little last-minute opening for tomorrow! I have a 9:00 AM spot available Tuesday, 9/1, for a 60-minute session. If you’d like to start September feeling refreshed, this one’s for you!
