For the last 3 years, I’ve been helping women feel confident in their own skin. Whether it’s your first Brazilian, a brow transformation, or your monthly self-care appointment, my goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel comfortable, cared for, and leave feeling even better than when you walked in.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my dog, spending time with my boyfriend, getting lost in a good book, or convincing myself I have room for one more plant.

Hello! My name is Lily Sardina. I am an LMT and the founder of Liaison Bodywork. I also hold a B.S. in Natural Science from Daemen University. I am so thrilled to be sharing a space with the wonderful Waxed Buffalo! My goal with Liaison Bodywork is to work with the nervous system rather than against it. Services I offer range from targeted therapeutic sessions for chronic pain relief to a unique ASMR scalp massage experience for those simply looking for a space to breathe.
