NEW CANCELLATION POLICY – Effective Immediately

Due to an unusual increase in last-minute cancellations, I now have a cancellation policy in place.

First and foremost, thank you to all of my loyal clients. Your support has helped me grow, learn, and thrive in my salon. I truly appreciate every one of you. ❤️

Effective immediately:
• A 50% deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your appointment.
• If you reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiting the deposit.

I understand that life happens—emergencies and unexpected situations occur. I simply ask for clear and timely communication so I can continue running my business smoothly.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. 💕
