Owning a suite truly is a home away from home… which means dishes, laundry, cleaning, organizing, making my bed, ALL the things. And once my brain switches from Skin Therapy by Lauryn to Lauryn, it can be hard to prioritize those same things at home.

So this September, I’m being a little more intentional about creating routines that help me feel organized, productive, and a little less scattered, both in the treatment room AND at home.

Because honestly, our skin can reflect so much of our day-to-day life (and our day-to-day stress). My goal for September? Less stress, more positivity, and more ease.

Bring the pack & play if they need a nap. Feed them during your appointment. Let them color, play, or look through books. If they need their mama, that’s okay too.

I would much rather see you here with your baby than have you skip your appointment because you couldn’t find someone to watch them.

My calendar has been filling up faster than ever (thank you!! 🤍), and with a few personal trips planned over the next several months, my availability is more limited than usual.
