The Cuttery Haircuts

I have been taking customers for a while now, by appointment only. Unfortunately, I am going back to work with actively sick covid patients therefore, I once again have to stop cutting for a while. I want to thank everyone who has stuck with me through all of this. I can't wait till i can come back. Wish me luck. PLEASE WEAR A MASK, STAY SAFE, I CARE ABOUT YOU!❤

I am taking appointments for Fridays10a-8p or Saturdays 10a-3p. By state regulations you must wear a mask, have an appointment and wait in your car until it's your turn. Which will be your appointment time. Every Friday and Saturday thereafter, unless it's a holiday will be these hours. Exact change only. Not allowed to give change.

Well, here's my update. I will not be able to open as planned this Friday due to the fact that the products I ordered last week to be up to state regulations will not be in until next week because of the overwhelming demand. Just got the email. I'm so sorry. I can't risk losing my license by opening without the products I need. That being said, I will definitely be open next Friday and Saturday, FML.

Shooting to open for a full day Friday June 19th. Can be appointment only. My biggest thing I never wanted to do. I'll give more details later.

Battle weary.

The true "frontlines" will have PTSD. The s**t I've seen in the past year, my first year, as a nurse has me shook. The horror and heartache and fear. We are fighting an invisible enemy. One wrong move and we get it. If I get it, I'm dead. My lungs are s**t and I've got multiple other issues. I still have to go to work. I took an oath. Plus, i gotta pay the bills. These people im losing are the grandparents of America. Im with your grandparent, be happy in that, I truly love every resident (even the ones that p**s me off). Every day, I have anxiety before I go in; who has passed, who might be positive now, is tonight the night I accidentally touch my face, without thinking? Just my view of this experience. It's pretty heavy.

I was just informed Sununu made the decision to re-open salons and barber shops. It is entirely too soon but you do what you need to. I however work every night with covid 19 patients. Until my nursing job has no covid 19 patients for 2 weeks, I can not rightfully open. I am NOT going to be the one to spread this because it's on my person or because I unknowingly have it. I will not be able to deal with the fact that I spread this in any way, but especially to my customers whom I appreciate and love dearly. I am on the front line,. I am there having people cough toward me, sometimes with blood coming out. There is nothing safe or ok about this virus. I will open when I know I am safe to do so, so as not to infect any of you. There are barbers and stylists that need the business right now. Im not looking to close forever or lose my business but whatever happens, I can't morally open knowing I could potentially inadvertently infect you. I hope you all understand but if not, there's nothing that is going to change my mind so don't bother trying.

I am imploring you to stay home during this crisis. You're fu***ng hair won't matter, the casket will be closed and there will be no viewing, no mass, no people. That's how this is being done now. To my fellow barbers and hairdressers: If you are still cutting or taking appointments, even for friends, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM!!! I'M NOT LOOKING TO DIE AND I'M WORKING IN A FIELD THAT I CAN EASILY GET IT (NURSING) . STOP THE SPREAD, STOP ASKING FOR CUTS! YOU'RE PUTTING YOURSELF, ME AND A LOT OF ELDERLY / IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PEOPLE AT RISK! DO YOU FINALLY UNDERSTAND THIS IS FU***NG SERIOUS!?!!! TO THE BARBER'S TAKING ONLINE APPOINTMENTS, SECRETLY, I'M TALKING TO YOU!!

Due to the current situation of the world, I have decided to close the shop for a couple weeks until things get figured out a little better. Im as confused as most people, as far as, what the hell are we supposed to do? How long will life be put on hold? I haven't any answers but I will do what I think is right to keep myself and everyone I can, safe. I love you all and I pray for everyone to be safe and hopefully stay happy throughout these trying times. Peace and love to you all. I'll keep you updated as I learn when it's safer to be open. 😘❤✌❤
