This round I thought long and hard on what is most important to me today in my career and life, along with what defines success. I see you all doing big things.. starting a new business, choosing to stay home, getting big promotions, changing industries, leading a team, moving to pursue your dream. I’m filled with so much pride for each of you. ⁣

I definitely take the long, grueling route to make big decisions (IYKYK;), but once I get there the answer is always so clear. I will hopefully have plenty of time to do all the things, but for today I am still my kids WHOLE world. Like their favorite person, run to my car before I get all the way in the garage, with the biggest smiles, kind of cool. You all tell me that doesn’t last forever, so I will soak it in and keep my wonder of what else could be for another chapter. ⁣
