A place where people can came and relax and learn about my massage therapy
My massage clients are so sweet to me!
Thank you Monica.
I have been going to Jodie weekly\/bi weekly for a couple years now. I, like most people, carry a lot of stress in my shoulders\/neck area. I sit in front of a computer all day and that creates tension on your body. I can go see Jodie and when she is done I feel like a new person. She has a very calming space which makes relaxing easy, I usually sleep which I hear is a compliment, lol. I've been to several massage therapists and Jodie is by far the BEST.

Massage therapy is used to reduce pain for many reasons, including migraines. Head massages, especially, have been known to relieve tension and other symptoms of migraine pain. These massages sometimes occur immediately during a massage session. Easing tension in the head reduces the signals that are sent from the brain to other parts of the body.

Medical massage is a therapeutic type of massage that focuses on helping your body relax and relieve stress. It’s best known as a way to help you relax and relieve stress, but it can also ease pain, improve your sleep and help you cope with minor injuries and illness.

Back pain is the number one cause of disability in the United States, affecting an estimated 60 million Americans each year. Many people are able to reduce or eliminate back pain through physical activity and stretching but others find that massage can help speed up their recovery and increase their overall mobility. Massage increases circulation, which aids in recovery of muscle soreness from physical activity. At the same time, it increases the range of motion of muscles—especially those deep within the back—and provides relaxation for deep tissue massage.
