Hey Beauties! I have updated and added some rules to my No show/cancellation policy on my website. I want to ensure I am holding myself accountable and you guys too ! If needing to reschedule or cancel please give 48 hours notice prior to your appointment so that it gives me enough time to get that spaced filled if need be. If 48 hour notice is not given upon needing to cancel or reschedule a 20% charge will be made to the card for the service that would have been provided. If I do not give 48 hour notice upon needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment, 20% will be taken off your next appointment/service to ensure I am held accountable as well.
