If you’re pregnant, you may have noticed swelling or low back pain. But tension you carried before pregnancy can intensify too, with hormone shifts, inflammation can increase, and your body responds to that.

I want to give you a space where you can just be, and where we listen to what your body’s telling you as it adapts to your growing little one.

A client told me recently she feels like a baby when she gets off the table. I love that. It speaks to how renewed and lighter she feels, ready to take on her day!
