Hi! As you may know, my son Arsalan has been a personal trainer for the past 7 years. I am so proud to share that he is opening his very own personal training and group fitness studio right here in the neighborhood — Strength Factory!

If you or anyone you know has been thinking about getting in shape, losing weight, or just feeling better, he would love to help. He is an incredible coach and the results his clients get speak for themselves.

Strength Factory will be located at 1234 River Rd in Mt. Prospect. We are hoping to have a grand opening party August 1st so we hope you can attend! I will keep you updated once a date is finalized :)
