The Hair Lab

We love a FIRE before to after!!! 🔥🔥

A before to after that Taylor Gemeinhardt at The Hair Lab did!!
This before to after is EVERYTHING!!! 💇🏼‍♀️🤩🫶🏼

This message is for Taylor Gemeinhardt’s clients.

Taylor will be taking some time off this week (march 23- march 28) to rest and recover. Because of this, all appointments for the week will be canceled and need rescheduled.

As soon as shes feeling better, she will be reaching out to get everyone rescheduled as soon as possible.

Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and support 🤍 she will be back behind the chair as soon as she can.

!!!!

Just a friendly reminder that Taylor’s hair special is available through February 14th! ✨💇‍♀️
It’s an amazing deal you don’t want to miss—and it also makes the perfect Valentine’s gift 💖 Treat yourself or someone you love before it’s gone!

Hey guys 🙋🏽‍♂️

I’ve got something super fun and exciting coming up in the next week or two! A special raffle that’s really close to my heart! 💕🥹

I’m still fine-tuning a few details, but I can’t wait to share it with you. Most of you girlies are definitely going to want to pass this along to your friends and loved ones… hopefully lol

You all know I stay booked and busy, so this is gonna be a cool, but fun opportunity for someone!

Depending on how well this first one goes, we may even do two separate raffles! 👀

So stay tuned, keep your eyes open for the announcement, and don’t forget to share it when it drops!

See you all soon 😘

‼️ Important Salon Policy Update ‼️

To my amazing clients,

First off, THANK YOU for your continued support and trust in me as your hairstylist! 💕 It means the world to be a part of your hair journey, and I’m beyond grateful to have such a loyal, beautiful group of clients.

As I’ve continued to grow behind the chair and invest in better tools, education, and overall services, I’ll be making a few updates to my pricing and policies starting August 1st:

🪩 Service Price Increase 🪩
To reflect the quality, time, and care that goes into each appointment, my prices will be increasing slightly. This allows me to continue offering the best experience possible for you. Thank you for valuing my time, talent, and dedication to my craft. 💖

⏰ No-Show & Late Policy ⏰
Your time is valuable—and so is mine! To keep the salon running smoothly for everyone, the following policies will now be strictly enforced:

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. I’ve been more than lenient in the past, but I can no longer allow these things to slide. You receive 2–3 reminders leading up to your appointment, which is more than enough time to cancel or reschedule if needed.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance—anything less will also result in a fee, either charged at the time or added to your next appointment, unless communicated otherwise

• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, a late fee will apply, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Tardiness doesn’t just affect me—it throws off the whole day and impacts the next clients and their appointment! I truly appreciate your effort to arrive on time so I can give everyone the time and care they deserve.

As always, I’m here to help you feel your absolute best, and I appreciate your understanding as I make these changes to better serve both you and myself. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out!

✨ Taylor and I are also hoping to add more extension methods and hair services in the coming months—so stay tuned for some exciting updates!

With love and gratitude,
Brett 😘

Ps I am still not currently accepting new clients lol
