Inner child healing is the process of reconnecting with and nurturing the younger parts of ourselves that may still carry wounds, unmet needs, limiting beliefs, or emotional pain from childhood experiences.

When emotional intelligence and inner child healing come together, true transformation can occur. Emotional intelligence helps us become aware of our emotional triggers, while inner child healing helps us understand where those triggers originated. #
