Before & after a healthy change for this beauty, 💕

When your hair is this long, you can cut off several inches and still have super long hair. I also loved finishing this cut with thinning shears to take a ton of the weight out!

Lately I’ve been trying to push myself outside of my comfort zone so that I can continue to grow as an up & coming hair stylist (sometimes I do need a little shove from , but that’s completely okay too) 🥰 I’m really happy with how this partial highlight from last week turned out!

When was the last time you had your hair trimmed?

I love when I get to see my closest friends at the salon and help them work towards their hair goals! Audrey is wanting to grow her hair out as long & healthy as possible, and the best way to do that is with regular trims every 2-3 months to prevent split ends/breakage 🙂 The bonus is that just a trim can make your color look refreshed, too. thanks for being my model!

Last week we transformed my beautiful sister from an all-over, grown-out blonde to a much more dimensional look with a full head of highlights & shadow root. It *may* have been around a 7 hour service (she has SO much hair), but it was totally worth it! I’m forever thankful to my amazing mentor for all her continuing teaching, help, & advice 🥰 I love learning from Ariana and improving my skills/techniques every day!

Today I passed my Florida Cosmetology State Board exams!
I’m officially a licensed cosmetologist ✨

I had a blast teaming up with last week on this balayage for my beautiful friend :) I also gave her a trim and some long layers for extra body & movement.

-toned with 9NB, 9GI, 9NA, & a cap of 6T
