Challenge accepted. For those who didn’t know this challenge originated in Turkey.The meaning behind this challenge is to bring to light the murder rate of women in Turkey. When a women is murdered in Turkey her image is shown in black and white.
This is my beautiful cousin. She was murdered September 5th, 2005. 15years later I still feel the pain of loosing her. So now that you know the origin as well. Think of these women when you share your photo, standing in solidarity with the women who’s lives have been taken.

Challenge accepted 😘 love you. Also this little girl made me the woman I am today. She changed my life in the best way. I love watching her grow and look forward to the amazing woman she’ll be.

We know water is the key to healthy skin. Do you struggle staying hydrated? Here’s 3 easy tips for getting in your daily H2O. (Tip 3 is about this infused water)

1. Find a glass or metal water bottle you love! The bigger the better! With a larger water bottle you won’t have to worry about refilling and can take it with you.
2. Eat your water! Consuming fruits and veggies high in water will help you hit your daily goal. Some of my faves are watermelon, strawberries, bell peppers, & cauliflower!
3. Lastly have fun with your water and try different infused waters! This one is lime, lemon, cucumber, and herbs from my garden lavender, chamomile & rosemary! Infused waters can be a great way to pack in some skin loving ingredients while ensuring you stay hydrated!! Adding Lemon/Lime & cucumber to your water boosts skin by cleansing it of toxins that can trigger many skin conditions including acne. Lavender & Rosemary are in the same family & helps support a happy guy and is an adaptogen; meaning it’s helps your body adapt to stress. Chamomile is anti-inflammatory and supports the skin from free radicals damage.

Channeling my inner bronzie makeup look! My favorite thing to do for simple minimal product makeup is to use the same products on my cheeks & eyes, I used my bronzer blush and highlight for both! Have your tried that yet?! It makes application so easy!

When I told this to my client who was struggling with acne she asked why it had to be your face. I told her it’s how we communicate with the world... if it was our thigh would we listen? Skincare is so much more then what we put on the surface. If you take the time to listen to your skin you will discover so much about what your body needs.

It feels like summer here in Istanbul. It makes me miss my amazing community of creatives in FL but looking forward to building that community here in Istanbul.

I miss hiking and traveling. I’m thankful to be in Istanbul during this pandemic but we are the last city to open back up. I’ve been home with my daughter since mid February.... 3.5 months 😳 I’m ready to be back out in nature, to explore to feel alive! This is one of my altimeter favorite pictures from my life changing trip to Denver, Colorado. It was on my bucket list for a while and I’m so glad I made it there before the move.
