Iced Wild Rose Cacao, what more could you ask for?

The perfect way to elevate, connect and enjoy simply being.

A day barefoot in the garden and playing with the babies in the dirt is pure perfection.

That Summertime feeling 🌱

Every seed is intentionally chosen — from the trees we plant to each cacao pod harvested, fermented, and sun-dried with care. This is one of the many things that makes our cacao and our story uniquely ours.

Every step of the process is sacred and intentional. We are deeply woven with the land, the people, and Mama Cacao — not simply the drink, but the trees, the earth, her spirit. She has called us home over and over again, guiding us into deeper remembrance, deeper connection, and deeper reverence for life itself.

Through this sacred relationship, we have been blessed to witness thousands of people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the heart. For this, we are endlessly grateful.

And now, one of the greatest gifts of all… sharing this love, reverence, and relationship with our daughters.

Thank you for being here, thank you for being 🧡✨🍫

We have something truly special to share… something sacred.

Something that will outlive us — a gift for future generations, for the earth, for all of life.

There’s a kind of magic here that’s hard to put into words…

A place where everything lives harmoniously — the land, the trees, the water, the people.

This is why we do what we do.

This is what we’re here to protect, to nurture, to grow alongside.

For us, every day is Earth Day 🌱

A place so vast does anything else matter?

How much time in a day or a week do you spend doing something that you love? That lights your spirit up!? Really, I invite you to pause and think about it, we want to hear about it, if your open share below and what it is….

Unfortunately most people have been programmed to do more, be more, make more-this doesn’t leave much time and space to be connected or simply be. What if we flipped the script and lived from a place of being and connection and less doing?

Life is too short, time too precious to not do more of what you love. The Earth Mother reminds us of this, in the grand scheme of life, of the planet, humans are tiny yet we play a vital role. What is yours?

Sunday was a day of nourishment. Cacao protein peanut butter bites, why has it been so long since we’ve made these!? The littles definitely licked the spoon as many times as they mixed the bowl but that’s half the fun 🧡

Would you like us to share more cacao recipes here?

And yummy carrots from the garden, what a treat it has been to see the new growth as spring approaches and to find these beauties waiting for us 🌱

Love this dish from stay tuned for more beautiful pieces by them shared here soon🙏

For thousands of years cacao was honored as more than a drink.

It was shared in sacred gatherings to reconnect people with their hearts and each other.

Today many people are rediscovering this ancient tradition.

Have you ever experienced cacao intentionally?

Have you ever made your own cashew milk? It’s such a simply luxury that we love making in our house and our littles really enjoy. It’s simple, affordable and better than anything you can buy too!

I have always created by following my intuition, feel and taste, but here’s an idea of what I did:

•Soak 2 cups of organic cashews over night by pouring boiling water to cover and about 2-e extra inches of water on top, leave sit on counter.

•In the morning strain the cashews and rinse.

•Add to your blender I love I have had the same@one for probably 10 years-worth the investment but you can use any blender.

•Cover will 4 cups of filtered water

•Add 1 tablespoon vanilla

•A pinch of sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

🍫Blend, adjust to your tastes and enjoy! 🍫

I poured most of the cashew milk into a bottle for the fam and left 1/2 cup in the blender. Add our wild rose and cardamom cacao ceremony blend/drinking chocolate, hot water and maple syrup; blended right in the blended and had a velvety cup of cacao🍫

Can you envision a world where everyone lived LIT 🔥 up and from their heart space!? How incredible would it feel to weave more of what brings you joy, excites you and lites you up into your daily life OR to live from this place?!

One of the most beautiful parts of drinking cacao intentionally is that it almost requires us to do this, it helps us get into those corners and rediscover who we are and wha LITES us up✨🧡🍫

Maybe you’re already living from this place, if so what is it that lites you up!? Join me above for a reflective moment and cacao musings, soul connection.

Love you all🧡💫🙏🍫
