Beauty of Detroit Box is a seasonal self-care subscription created for women who deserve something to look forward to before burnout.
Every season, I curate 4–6 full-size surprises featuring self-care, treats, Detroit + Michigan finds, and products from women-owned and local small businesses.
No picking. No overthinking. And no knowing exactly what’s inside until your box arrives. 📦✨
Past boxes have included everything from the Detroit Butterfly Necklace and Faygo Red Pop Candle to Michigan-made treats, body care, cozy finds, and little reminders to slow down.
Because this isn't really about collecting more products.

Did you know August is both Black Women’s Health Month AND Black Business Month?
Talk It Out, Walk It Out was a beautiful reminder of what it looks like when community shows up—for our health, for one another, and for the businesses pouring back into our communities.
And we’re keeping that momentum going. ✨

Because celebrating Black excellence is as easy as just showing up.
Pure joy was being able to return as a “For Us” marketplace vendor for Talk It Out, Walk It Out, hosted by Remembering Cherubs in partnership with the Charles H. Wright Museum.
From meaningful conversations about self-care and community to watching women discover products that made them smile, every moment was a reminder that taking care of ourselves is also a way of taking care of each other.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, supported women owned Michigan businesses, shared your stories, and welcome Beauty of Detroit Box into your lives. Thank you to the incredible volunteers, who helped us set up and tear down, the amazing vendors, and to Monica for creating such a beautiful space year after year.
Together, we walked to raise awareness for Black Women’s Health Month and to continue breaking the cycle of health disparities, impacting Black women.
