Healing looks different for many people… I may cuss a lil but sometimes a lot of bit but God is still working on me…But I Make No apologies for the way I choose to heal and neither should you❤️
I also take classes like dance, stretch classes, yoga (yeah I teach, but I enjoy other peoples classes too😁) and oh how I miss my weekly massages 💆🏾♀️ (school days), and I enjoying reading good 📚 books.
