As a Mexican-American Chicago-native,
I saw the stresses of everyday life for a mother of 4, working hard to provide and raise her children with respect and discipline. But always rushing: work and college, babysitters, groceries, errands, chores, rush, rush, rush, ...I don't think my mom ever slept. 😶
Physical exhaustion and mental exhaustion go hand in hand, usually (and that goes for anyone at any age). She tells me I was 2 years old when I started "healing" her aches and pains. I do remember being 12 years old, I was able to provide my mom pain relief through massage after her shifts working rough hours at 💝
So, I've dedicated my journey to expand my knowledge and skills to help those who need it the most. Graduated in 2007 from Everest Institute in Dearborn, MI, and again in 2014 from in Chicago, IL from the Clinical Massage Therapy program, and continuing education in the field of Massage Therapy, my goal in life is to make the world a better place, if just with one massage at a time. ✨
Not only is Massage Therapy a life-saver in treating physical pain, but it impacts our mind and soul, our way of life to a more , and existence 💜
