overdue dump 🫴🏽 April was a month that I lost sight of the program.
A is accountability
P is for preparation
R is for reflection
I is for isolation
L is for lessons (never losses)
I found myself utilizing my free time to bs and lolly gag, knowing the plans and goals I have in place.
yes, I enjoyed my time and was able to let my hair down for the first time in a while.. but there has to be a cut off. there has to be discipline and discernment in sight— something I’ve recently lacked.
no, this isn’t a post about beating myself up but holding myself accountable for my own shortcomings.
alot of ground could’ve been covered but everything happens for a reason and it’s okay.
outside looking in, you never know what someone is truly battling or what their perspective on their own life is.
reflect, reset, renew.
and then to get there and NOT want to workout at all 😭😭
I promise those are thee best workouts tho.

when targeting specific areas of your body, remember that everything works as a units, if you want to minimize one area, don’t neglect the enhancement of another .. take that gem to the gym 🫶🏽
