I have something new for you and I am really excited about this one.

A brand new Tender Yoga class just landed in the Nurture Studio. It is called Blossom, and it is 71 minutes of pure, intentional practice. It is one of my favorite classes I have recently taught.

In Tender Yoga, we focus on muscle flexibility, arriving in the body, and building a real relationship with it.

Go check it out inside The Nurture Studio whenever you are ready. Your body is waiting.

With love,
Austeen

Let me tell you exactly what happens across these three days.

Friday evening you land. A ceremonial cacao opening with guest teacher Preya. You transition out of your daily life and into intentional space. You set down what you have been carrying long enough to remember it does not have to be permanent.

Saturday you release. Yoga with real movement education woven in. Somatic practices to move what has been sitting in the body. Breathwork that teaches your nervous system what safety actually feels like. Intuitive movement. Community. Integration. By the end of this day there is more space in you than there was in the morning.

Sunday you reclaim. Activation breathwork. Embodiment practices. Values and desire work. And the piece I am most proud of: you build your own personal self care recipe. A flexible, honest framework based on what your body, mind, heart, and spirit actually need. Not someone else's routine. Yours.

Lunch provided both Saturday and Sunday by culinary partner Jennifer Freeman. You arrive each morning and go home each evening.
This is next weekend. A few spots remain.

I want to talk directly to the person who has been watching these posts and not signing up yet.

I see you.

You are interested. Something about this is pulling at you. But you have a reason. Maybe it is the money. Maybe it is the timing. Maybe it is the quiet voice that says who am I to take a whole weekend for myself.

I want to answer that last one directly.

You are someone who is tired. Someone who has been giving and managing and holding things together for a long time. Someone who knows deep down that the way you are currently taking care of yourself is not actually working. Someone who deserves a real answer to the question of what do I actually need.

That is who this is for. That is who I built this for.

RECLAIM is next weekend. June 6th and 7th with an opening ceremony Friday the 5th. Brooklyn Michigan. You go home every evening.

This is not a huge logistical undertaking. It is three days of showing up for yourself.

$350. Payment plans available. One week left.

Message me. Let us talk about it.

What May taught me.

May was full of magnetism.

And I mean that in the most literal, embodied sense. There is something that happens when you stop chasing and start holding. When you stay. When you let the energy build slowly, steadily, without forcing it, and you trust that what is meant for you is already making its way. May was a practice in exactly that. In holding. In staying. In letting things come.

And was it perfect? No. There were moments I felt like I had it all figured out, and moments I felt like I needed to get my entire life together. Both in the same day. Sometimes in the same hour. That is not failure. That is your wonderful humanness (not a word?), while also reaching for something truer, and I think that duality is one of the most beautiful and underrated parts of this life. We don't have to resolve it, understand it or have it mapped out. We just have to keep showing up inside of it.

The light shines through anyway. Not because we perfected ourselves into it, but because we stayed. Because we kept choosing love, clarity, and stillness even while holding all the other parts of ourselves too.

I don't always have the answer. But I think the asking is the whole point.

I want you to know something about the wavering too, because we will always veer out of alignment. Every single one of us. That is not a sign that something is wrong with you. That is a rite of passage. That is how you learn to recognize what alignment actually feels like, by knowing what it feels like when you've drifted from it. The awareness is the gift. The awareness is the whole point.

So lean into your weird. Lean into the things that make you different and strange and hard to categorize. Those are not your liabilities. They are your greatest gifts. There is nothing wrong with you.

You are going to wake up next Sunday one of two ways.

Worn out from another weekend of catching up on everything you are behind on, already dreading Monday, already running on empty before the week even starts.

Or you are going to wake up next Sunday in the middle of something that is entirely, completely, unapologetically for you. Moving your body. Clearing what has been sitting in you too long. Building something real alongside women who showed up for the same reason you did.

Same Sunday. Very different life.

RECLAIM is next weekend in Vineyard Lake, Michigan. We start Friday at 6pm!

One week.
One week from right now you could be sitting in a cozy room in Vineyard Lake, Michigan, hands wrapped around a warm cup of cacao, finally exhaling.

Or you could be sitting exactly where you are now, doing exactly what you have always done, waiting for the right time that never seems to come.

RECLAIM is next weekend. Friday Evening starting at 6pm to Sunday at 5pm. June 5th through 7th. There are still a few spots left and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Three days. A private venue. You and yourself.

Yoga, somatic release, breathwork, community, and a framework for taking care of yourself that you will actually use after you leave.
You arrive each morning. You go home each evening.
You come back Sunday different than you arrived Friday.

$350. Payment plans available, just message me.

This is the right time. You have been waiting for it. Join me at The She Shed!
