To all my amazing customers, supporters, crafty colleagues, and friends:

There are changes afoot at DressGreen. As many of you know, DG has been my full-time project for the last several years. And it has been such a fantastic time. I’ve been able to go to work each day doing something I love - creating; I’ve had the opportunity to connect with amazing individuals all over the country and the world; and I’ve learned so many things about life, business, and relationships in the process.

Something else you may have guessed about me (or most anyone who ventures into self-employment) - I love a challenge, and appreciate being able to grow and gain experiences. With this, I have a new aim for myself: to take so many of the things I’ve learned from DressGreen out into the world through a new full-time career with a local company.

I’ll be honest, I don’t completely know yet what this means for DG - this is a total life change for me, and I’m moving into pretty unfamiliar territory here (really, there are set hours I have to be at work?). I do know that I will *not* be closing up shop tomorrow. But I also know that I won’t be able to continue making the 100+ different products/scents/flavors that have made up the line through the years. I will try my best to make this evolution a gradual one, with lots of heads-ups for changes, or products that may have a limited number of days left on the shelves.

I can’t tell you how much your support has meant to me all these years, and I look forward to sharing my experiences with you as I move DG into this new phase of its life. You all are awesome and I appreciate you so much!

I'm finally getting caught up in the studio and thought it was past time to share a few shots from the holiday shows DG was lucky enough to be a part of. Mark your calendars for next year - these were all fantastic events!

A new delivery of perfume bottles made it just in time to restock for DIYpsi. This'll be my last Fair of the season, so stop by and visit!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the DUCF this weekend - it was great to see & meet so many locals! And a big thank you to Handmade Detroit for putting on such a fantastic event - whoa you all are awesome!!!

All of that awesomeness has my stock on the low-to-empty side though. The DressGreen.net and Etsy shops will be closed for just a day or so while I get a handle on what I still have available. I also have lots of ingredient orders on the way so I can get the full line relisted as soon as possible.
