With the ever-evolving developments surrounding COVID-19, the closure of the Charles H. Wright Museum has been extended until April 13. As such, 30 Days To Lose It! will not be in session during this time.

My utmost apologies for the mishap yesterday evening. I'm afraid I will not be there during the month of March with other work commitments. But Verlycia Dixon of LA Fitness promises that she will, indeed, be there next Tuesday, March 10, with a slammin' body toning workout to make up for her absence!
After nine seasons, 30 Days To Lose It! has come to a close on a weekly basis at the Charles H. Wright Museum. Hard to believe it's been that long. Grateful for the journey...
