Give yourself grace! We’re all beautifully flawed and it’s ok to embrace it. Giving yourself grace is a powerful step toward growth and self-acceptance. Embracing flaws doesn’t make you weak…it makes you human. It’s a reminder that healing isn’t about being perfect but about learning, adapting, and finding balance. 💚

I wanted to share something that might interest you. There’s an 8-week support group called “Men’s Mental Health and Wellness” at Wayne State’s College of Education. It’s all about building emotional resilience and tackling personal challenges in a supportive environment.

Here are the details:

When: Every Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, starting 10/09 until 12/04

Who: Open to male-identifying folks aged 18 and older

Cost: Completely FREE!

You’ll get to explore things like self-compassion, motivation, and gratitude, all while connecting with others.
