Next week I take my State Board exams, and as I prepare for what’s next, I’m closing out my time at The Hayes Institute doing exactly what I came here to do — serving, growing, and becoming a confident esthetician.

And the growth that happened here went WELL beyond the treatment room.

Jessie L. Hayes , thank you for seeing more in me, pouring into me, challenging me, and reminding me that it’s okay to DREAM BIG. Your mentorship has truly changed my life. Continue being the light that reminds women like me that there is always MORE on the other side of faith, discipline, and obedience.

And to my clients… BABY, IT’S US AGAINST THE WORLD. Y’all have followed me, trusted me, supported me, and grown with me through every chapter. God promised me so much for our future, and I’m standing on His Word.

Monday mornings at Hayes Institute are always special. I'm in class right now learning, growing, and practicing my craft. But in a few hours, I'll be switching gears to serve my beautiful clients and doing what I love most: making people feel confident and radiant.

Running a business while finishing esthetician school isn't always easy, but it's teaching me discipline, time management, and the power of showing up for yourself even when you're tired. Every facial I perform during school hours, every lash set I create after 3:30, it all counts. It's all building something bigger.

If you're balancing multiple goals right now, remember: you don't have to choose just one version of yourself. You can be the student AND the business owner. The dreamer AND the doer.
