We offer artisan health and beauty products infused with herbs and all natural ingredients. For more details visit: www.amourallnaturals.blogspot.com

We care about the ingredients being used on our skin, considering it's alive and is the body's largest organ. While creating natural body care products for ourselves, others began to try them out and request them also. Products are made in small batches, and made with plenty of love; so much so, we decided to name the company love (amour means "love" in French). We blend high-quality natural herbs

For years, I’ve been tending to a rose bush that wouldn’t bloom. The first year, I didn’t know it was there. The 2nd year, I fed gave it compost and love.

At the beginning of the next season, I pruned it, gave it love, attention, water, plant food and each season it’d release the most amazing scent mid-spring but still wouldn’t bloom. I didn’t rush the process and let it grow to its own flow.

Each season the rose bush would extend its branches just a little further but still no bloom. I continued my water, love, food regimen regardless.

Of course I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a flower and more buds waiting to bloom and show out. I never knew the color of this rose bush, but now I see it is the most beautiful crimson fuschia color I’ve ever seen.

Sharing this to say, this year’s lesson from the garden is some things/people have experienced so much damage that it may take an extra dose of tenderness, patience, love and dedication before they can feel comfortable enough to bloom. Try a little tenderness j/s.

Every flower pictured here I grew from seed. To grow, I needed to stay connected and in the flow. This season, staying in the flow, for me, looked like healing.

True growth/healing is unseen just like a seed buried in soil and reaching towards the unknown, the light.

To anyone reading this, I hope you take the necessary time to tend to yourself, and replenish your soul.

When the process gets ugly, plant lots of flowers and let nature show you its beauty.

One love! ❤️ 😘

This weekend, we explored Idlewild! Artists, healers, herbalists, connectors linked up around one mission, restoring the city formerly known as Black Eden.

Stay tuned for retreats, herbalism/artist workshops, permaculture, and sooo much more. In the meantime follow these pages and .idlewild.official

ABOUT IDLEWILD:
Called the "Black Eden of Michigan",[2] from 1912 through the mid-1960s, Idlewild was an active year-round community and was visited by well-known entertainers and professionals from throughout the country.[3] At its peak, it was one of the most popular resorts in the Midwest and as many as 25,000 would come to Idlewild in the height of the summer season to enjoy camping, swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, roller skating, and night-time entertainment.
