Please be careful with which NAD+ supplement you use. This video shows an independent test showing some very poor results of what's contained in them. I never recommend taking oral NAD+ anyway, but if you'd like to, this video should show you which ones to avoid at the very least.

If it's not NAD+ in them, what are people swallowing?

Couldn't agree more. If you don't believe this then look at the largest data set ever recorded (BHF, WHO) on cholesterol and death incidence. I wonder why the higher rates of cholesterol showed the least mortality correlation...

If any of you are interested in learning more about peptides then Dr Steph Rimka is absolutely full of experience and knowledge. I also want to recommend her for anyone that is trying to help any family members that have some form of autism. Having seen her knowledge first hand and understanding the success she has in both areas without pumping people full of pharmaceuticals, I can't say I've been more impressed very often. Give her a follow and check out her education she has available too. Hopefully she'll be in London one day and I'll have her on my podcast too.

Sadly the original commenter deleted their comment. medical I still stand by my response to you - please point out what I said that's factually incorrect.

What i said factually was the following:
(1) All cancer cells require either glucose or glutamine to survive (Warburg 1918, Warburg 1923, Warburg 1956.
(2) Restriction of these fuels removes their ability to survive (Mukherjee 2019).

All I did was factually quote scientific papers and offer a subjective opinion on those papers, which I am entitled to do.

Simply commenting sarcastically regarding my qualifications without saying anything constructive or pointing out what was factually incorrect is childish and suggests you have nothing to show I am incorrect 🤡
