Did anyone else receive their SUN BUCKS card in Virginia and can’t activate it? I tried to call the 866 number, and I pressed the option for SUN BUCKS and it hung up on me. Then I called the actual SUN BUCKS card number, went to the option to direct me to the replacement number, and it hung up on me AGAIN. Tried to do it through the app, and it says the information cannot be accounted. So I have my cards and can’t even talk to someone to activate them. 🙄

How do I contact customer service for sunbucks. The number on the back of the card does not work and unable to create a pin number.

So if we already received sun bucks for month of June of 2025 because July is still summer for kids so we will only get one payment for one more out the year for the summer or are we supposed to recieve for whole summer I need details I’m lost

Are they still issuing the cards out. I haven’t received anything not even the letter some are taking about

Got my kiddos card. I go to set it up and it asks for bday and zip. Keeps telling me it's incorrect. Called the line and it said 5 hour wait!!! I work. What can I do?
