If that’s you, please take a moment and really let it sink in:

✨ You are choosing healing over habit.

✨ You are choosing truth over comfort.

✨ You are choosing love over fear.

And none of that is easy.

Being the first often means moving through uncharted territory. It can mean confusion, pushback, loneliness, and growing pains. But it also means you are the one opening doors that needed to be opened. You are creating possibilities for those who come after you—your children, your family, your community.

Everything about this holiday season is old, and everything about Solstices and Equinoxes is a joining up from all sides in Spiral.
Remember that your time here is your chance to leave your mark on the Standing Stones, and to write your Ancestors names, your Beasts names, and your Gods names on parchment for those who follow.

Speak aloud those names as you walk past the rich leaf litter that hides the bones of the ones who came before.
Speak aloud of your Dreams in which they touched your Ghost Fontanelle with a single breath, and you woke with their eyes behind your own.
Speak aloud of the tears you have shed, and the blood you have spilled. Creatures you have hunted among trees, or fished from the waters will join those who ate at your hearth, and you will become whole in ways you need more than you know.
Everything is part of the same cycle that repeats itself, reinventing itself with each turning of the Wheel, and you, Soothsayer, FEEL each gentle spin.
Watching the shapes Dance in the flames and smoke of your fire, you begin to understand the Power that Life and Death hold within themselves.

Understanding that people are angry at this time of year allows you to be selective about whom you engage, for you, Witch, are a beautiful Energy, and worthy of love.
Knowing that you, Witch, have around you the animals and people who moved on without you but are still WITH you, can ease your own Energy.
Souls become a deafening Echo of Silence when they are already free, and they SEE your strength and the BEAUTY in your Heart.
Light your candles, and watch the Air around the flame thicken as they come to stand beside you. Reach out your hand and feel the tingling as you touch once again the heads of your Beasts, and the hands of Ancient and Recent Ancestors both...
