PSA for my curly girls: Don't show up with your hair straightened and expect a curl-perfect haircut. If I can't see your real curl pattern, l can't shape it correctly. Let those curls show up and show off—your haircut will thank you later.

See that line of tight curls underneath??? It’s the SAME length and the loose curls lay over it. Cutting these layers the same will make for a scraggly perimeter.
