It's time to go back to my roots. š³
When I updated my branding to Serenity - the Spa, I wanted the name to embody the elevated, one-on-one care my clients were receiving. I had leveraged my previous experience in high-end hospitality to create a spa setting entirely focused on one client at a time - the opposite of the customer churn most large-scale body care settings are designed to accommodate.
While I'm still prioritizing those values of attunement, quality and customized care, my configuration of massage techniques has shifted slightly.
Now, clients are repeatedly choosing me as their therapist for craniosacral therapy, post-concussion care and tension patterns that aren't resolved by typical massage therapy.
That's bodywork.
Making this tiny yet tectonic shift back to naming my business Serenity Bodywork as summer winds down feels so resonant. Thanks for all your support in my previous season. I'm welcoming you all into this new one with me. š

These are my DIY solutions for when Iām achy and canāt get a massage appointment soon enough. Please donāt use these if you have a condition requiring medical attention! Also, I realize that itās not always possible to reduce your responsibilities- even a little break can help if you canāt clear your entire day.
