We offer a full range of beauty services including precision haircuts, custom color, professional makeup, eyelash extensions, lash lifts & tints, extension services, facials, and waxing. It is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 2 days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

- Two cancellations of less than 24 hour notice, will result in a charge equal to 20% of the reserved service amount, payable at your next booking.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, payable at your next booking. CONFIRMATION CALLS or MESSAGES
As a courtesy, we will call or message and confirm your service appointments two days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Late Appointment Arrivals
A 15 minute grace period will be given for appointments. After 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled. In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please call to reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you do not call, and do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a “no show” and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Salon 21 by Sara reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is a “no show” for more than two appointments.
