Hello everyone. Have u ever been where everything in your life is going good but in your head u can't truly be happy cause u r slowly awaiting the bad to come. Like u knw everything is good right now but what about tomorrow or the next day. Live one day at a time our hearts get too heavy with tomorrows burdens, to focus on what's going on now. Live in the moment for it won't last forever.

So Sunday is father's day. What's everyone got planned?

We’re often so hard on ourselves, by having unrealistic expectations, impossible timelines, and perfectionistic tendencies.

So we have a difficult time acknowledging all the incredible, magical progress we make daily, in the simplest, most meaningful ways.

Tuck yourself into bed tonight and before falling asleep, reflect on all the beautiful ways you have made your life and the lives of your family, friends, and the strangers you meet along the way, more joyful and rewarding.

Remember this has been a challenging time for everyone, in varying degrees, so Be proud of yourself for being here today.💚

I'd like to speak as a parent for a min. Walking around the festival this yr with my family, the way I seen these kids I mean babies dressed, and I'm sorry I'm going to be very blunt and straight forward... I mean I have a 9 year old daughter myself, but the way they were dressed was so shocking it made me a mother feel so scared and afraid for them they dress in things that lets say a married woman would wear behind closed doors like let's just say lingerie , in public with no adult supervision. I mean when we were young and that age our parents wouldn't dare let us out the house let alone even wear things.like.thst at all. Period point Blake. A big no. And it worries me and makes me scared for them. It's crazy. So again sorry but I'm speaking as a concerned parent.
