Updates have been made to my online booking platform to protect me/my business when it comes to last minute cancellations and no-shows. Unfortunately, it is difficult to fill a last minute time slot when less than 24 hours are given in advance for cancellation. I completely understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances and things come up! I am generally VERY understanding and will give you grace, happily reschedule and look forward to whenever I do get to see you! But please know that this is my main source of income and livelihood, so I have to put these measures in place to protect myself as well! 🫶🏼
