🍂 Can you feel the shift happening?

Darker mornings, shorter evenings and colder temperatures often mean more time indoors, less movement, comfort food, disrupted sleep and the familiar winter slump. ❄️

Instead of waiting until the new year, consider supporting your metabolic health now.

Metabolic health involves how your body manages energy, blood sugar, appetite, muscle and fat storage. The foundations still matter most:

☀️ Get morning daylight
🥩 Prioritize protein and whole foods
🏋️ Strength-train to support muscle
🚶 Move daily, even in the cold
😴 Protect your sleep
💧 Stay hydrated

And there are also provider-guided peptide and metabolic therapies worth learning about!⤵️

🧬 GLP-1/GIP — appetite, blood sugar, insulin sensitivity and weight management

🧬 Tesamorelin — growth-hormone signaling, visceral fat and body composition

🧬 Ipamorelin — growth-hormone release, recovery and body composition

🧬 MOTS-c — an emerging peptide being researched for mitochondrial energy and glucose metabolism

🧬 Sermorelin — supports the body’s own growth-hormone release, with body-composition and healthy-aging applications

These therapies aren’t interchangeable, and the evidence varies. That’s why Rural Wellness Network focuses on education and connecting interested individuals with licensed medical providers who can determine what’s appropriate for them.

❄️ Montana winter has a way of changing everything—including how we think about staying well.

Colder mornings. Less daylight. More time indoors. Kids back in school. And suddenly, immune health is back on everyone’s radar. 🤧

So this feels like a good time for a little Peptides 101 on one you may not have heard of:

🧬 Thymosin Alpha-1 (TA-1)

TA-1 is a peptide that has been studied for its role in immune-system regulation and healthy immune function, including research around:

✨ T-cell function
✨ Immune regulation
✨ Healthy inflammatory signaling
✨ Immune resilience during times of stress

Here’s what makes the conversation interesting:

It’s not simply about trying to “boost” the immune system.

TA-1 is being explored for its role in helping support a balanced, appropriately regulated immune response.

And if you’ve been curious about peptides beyond weight loss, this is a great one to learn about—especially heading into a Montana winter.

🍂 TA-1 is currently 20% off through September 30th.

Curious, but not sure what questions to ask?

💬 Comment “WINTER” and we’ll send you the educational information and next steps so you can learn more and decide whether you’d like to discuss it with a licensed provider.

A NEW CHAPTER: Dillon Massage & Lymph Care is becoming Rural Wellness Network 🌿

Sometimes life changes the direction we thought we were headed—and that’s exactly what has happened for me.

After my back injury made it difficult for me to continue doing hands-on massage therapy, I had to seriously rethink what my role in health and wellness was going to look like.

What initially felt like a huge setback has ultimately opened the door to something I am incredibly excited about:

Rural Wellness Network.

My passion for helping people feel better hasn’t changed. I’m simply changing how I do it.

Over the past year, I’ve personally been exploring physician-guided peptide therapies, hormone support and other modern health-optimization tools—and my own experience has been pretty remarkable.

I’ve lost significant weight and inches from my waist while seeing a major reduction in inflammation. I’ve used peptide therapy as part of my approach to recovering from my back injury, and another peptide has become a tool I use for nervous-system support and anxiety during perimenopause.

Hormone therapy has also made a tremendous difference for me as I’ve navigated the changes that come with perimenopause.

These experiences sent me down a rabbit hole of learning about the rapidly evolving world of peptide therapy, metabolic health, hormone optimization and longevity medicine.

And I kept thinking:

Why should people living in rural communities have to travel hours to learn about or access these kinds of options?

That question became the inspiration for Rural Wellness Network.

I’ve partnered with an online telehealth company so that I can help connect our community with licensed medical providers who can evaluate individuals and, when medically appropriate, provide access to options such as:

✨ Peptide therapies
✨ Hormone replacement and optimization
✨ Weight-management support
✨ Metabolic health
✨ Healthy aging & longevity support
✨ Energy and body-composition support
✨ Mitochondrial health
✨ Immune-health support
✨ Prescription skincare and other modern wellness options

I am not becoming the medical provider or prescribing these treatments. My role is education, community connection and helping people understand what options exist. Medical evaluation, prescribing and treatment decisions are handled by licensed healthcare providers through the telehealth platform.

And Rural Wellness Network may continue to grow beyond that.

Over the next couple of months, potentially beginning in November or December, I’m also hoping to begin offering Pain Reprocessing Therapy sessions.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy takes a neuroplastic approach to chronic pain, helping people understand and work with the brain and nervous system processes that can contribute to persistent pain. After experiencing chronic pain myself, this is an area I’ve become especially passionate about, and I’m excited about the possibility of helping others approach chronic pain from an additional perspective.

For me, this feels like a natural evolution of everything I’ve spent years learning about health, the body and wellness.

My back injury may have changed what I can do with my hands, but it didn’t change how much I care about helping people.

If anything, it gave me an entirely new direction.

I’m incredibly excited to bring Rural Wellness Network to Dillon and our surrounding rural communities—and to create a place where people can learn about modern health-optimization tools in a way that feels approachable, responsible and connected.

💚 Welcome to Rural Wellness Network.

🍂 School is back, fall is almost here, and Montana winter won’t be far behind.

You know the season… kids are back in classrooms bringing home ALL the things, we’re spending more time indoors, the days are getting shorter, and there’s a whole lot less sunshine. 😅

So this felt like a really timely thing to share.⤵️

I’ve been learning about a peptide called Thymosin Alpha-1 (TA-1) — and this one has nothing to do with weight loss.👀

TA-1 is a naturally occurring peptide associated with the thymus and immune function. It’s being explored for its potential to support:

✨ Immune resilience and healthy immune function
✨ A balanced inflammatory response
✨ Recovery and overall resilience

As a massage therapist, I’m already passionate about helping people take care of their bodies, recover well, and feel their best. The more I’ve learned about peptides beyond weight loss, the more fascinated I’ve become — and this one especially caught my attention heading into our Montana fall and winter.

And the timing is pretty great…

Thymosin Alpha-1 is 20% off through September 30th!

If you’re reading this thinking, “Okay, I’m curious… tell me more,” send me a message.

I’m happy to share what I’ve been learning, answer the questions I can, and point you toward the EllieMD resources and licensed providers if you want to explore whether TA-1 could be a fit for you.

No pressure. Just information and a place to start.💗

(This is not medical advice. Peptide therapy requires medical oversight, and a licensed provider determines individual appropriateness and makes all prescribing and treatment decisions.)

Hi! 👋

I wanted to properly introduce myself for those who don’t know me.

I’m Maya, the owner of Rural Wellness Network (formally Dillon Massage & Lymph Care.) Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people in our community feel better through massage, lymphatic care, and wellness education.

Beginning of this year, though, I found myself struggling with my own health. I was overweight, dealing with constant inflammation, anxiety, food cravings, and feeling like my body just wasn’t responding no matter how hard I tried.

Then, in January of this year, I suffered a back injury that completely changed my perspective. It was the wake-up call I needed to realize I couldn’t keep putting my own health on the back burner.

That experience sent me down a path of learning everything I could about metabolism, hormones, nutrition, recovery, and newer physician-guided p€ptide therapies.

Working with licensed healthcare providers and focusing on my overall health has been truly life-changing for me.

I’ve lost over 50 pounds, over 5 inches off my waist, my inflammation is dramatically lower, my constant food cravings are gone, and I finally feel hopeful about my health again. My back has also improved tremendously, allowing me to get back to living my life in ways I wasn’t sure would be possible earlier this year.

My own experience inspired me to help others learn about the options that may be available to them.

💫Today, in addition to my massage practice, I help educate people about provider-supervised p€ptide therapies that may be appropriate for a variety of health and wellness goals.

If someone is interested, I can connect them with licensed healthcare providers who determine whether they’re a good candidate and, if appropriate, prescribe medications that are filled through licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies.

Whether your goal is improving metabolic health, supporting healthy weight management, recovery, healthy aging, fitness, or simply learning what these therapies are, I’m always happy to answer questions or point you toward educational resources.

No pressure and no sales pitch—I just believe people deserve accurate information so they can make informed decisions about their health.

Feel free to message me if you have questions or would like more information. I’d love to connect!

💗 Maya
