This beauty wanted to try extensions . She never wore them before so she’s a newbie. We put her in a sew-in with minimal leave out. We also had to customize her braid pattern due to her postpartum hair loss around her edges.

Since winter can cause dry scalp or worsen an existing scalp condition, I decided to give you some things you can do to help with your dry scalp during the winter:

•Commit to a weekly deep conditioner
•Wrap your hair in a silk scarf before putting on your winter hat. It will protect your hair from frizz and static. Since silk is naturally hypoallergenic, it is known to prevent thinning, knotted hair, and split ends by stimulating hydration.
•Use a cleansing shampoo or a moisturizing shampoo—but not too often! Using either one of these will make a major difference in your hair. A good cleansing shampoo will detox your hair but using it too much will dry it out so be mindful!
