Is it true that dark hair colors need to get refreshed too? ABSOLUTELY! Do you see a difference? I do, sis went from dull dark brown to a shimmery black (Redken Chromatics Level 2n) I used their Volume 10 Oil developer!! 💘💇🏻♀️👑💜
