The question I’m asked a lot is how much does someone need per day?
9-13 servings of fruits, veggies and berries per day: raw in form and vine ripened. If you are an athlete and working out you need more because of the inflammation caused from tearing down and rebuilding muscle tissue. Omegas reduce inflammation, maintains healthy DNA, slows aging, improves skin health and keeps us looking younger.

Day 4 - Twisted Shred 10 Lunch!
Paso 1 del almuerzo de hoy!!
Cauliflower Pizza con Queso Mozzarella Vegano, la base de “Avocado Pesto”, Albahaca y Tomate!
Receta para el Crust de Pizza:
1 cabeza de coliflor
1 paquete de queso mozzarella
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 huevos batidos
Hornear el crust a 400 grados F por 20 minutos. Lo sacas y le pones los ingredientes que desees. Oara el Shred 10 compré queso mozzarella vegano y para la base, en vez de salsa de tomate voy a usar avocado pesto!
