🤍 A Prayer for This Week 🤍

Heavenly Father,

This week, we simply want to say thank You.

Thank You for being who You are.

You are faithful, loving, omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent. You are holy, righteous, merciful, gracious, and worthy of all glory, honor, and praise.

Lord, if You never did another thing for us, You would still be worthy.

The fact that our names are written in the Book of Life is reason enough to praise You forever.

Thank You for Your faithfulness. Thank You for Your love. Thank You for never leaving us nor forsaking us. Even in moments when we feel alone, confused, discouraged, or overwhelmed, Your presence remains constant.

Father, we also thank You for the authority You have given us through Christ.

Your Word reminds us that life and death are in the power of the tongue, and that we can speak in faith, trusting that You are working all things together for our good.

Lord, help us to see what You see.

When the enemy tries to steal our joy through fear, anxiety, discouragement, depression, or hopelessness, remind us that our perspective matters.

Your Word says that You are doing a new thing. Help us to perceive it.

Help us not to focus on what the enemy is trying to show us, but on what You are revealing to us.

Give us eyes to see Your hand at work, even when circumstances try to tell a different story.

Strengthen us to keep moving forward.

Remind us that You are with us, that You are for us, and that You are still working.

As always, Lord, we surrender this week to You.

Guide our steps, order our paths, and lead us wherever You desire us to go.

Not our will, but Yours be done.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for waking us up this morning and blessing us with another day and another week.

Thank You for Your grace, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness that sustain us each and every day. We do not take for granted the gift of life, the breath in our lungs, or the opportunity to begin again.

Lord, as we step into this new week, we ask that You cover us, guide us, and watch over us. Order our steps, protect our minds, and keep us under the shadow of Your wings.

Today, we also lift up those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Father, be their comforter. Draw near to the brokenhearted and give them peace, strength, and hope in the midst of their pain.

We pray for those battling depression, anxiety, hopelessness, and thoughts of su***de. Lord, remind them that they are loved, seen, valued, and never alone. Let Your light shine into every dark place and break every chain that seeks to keep them bound.

We speak life, peace, hope, and healing in the name of Jesus.

Lord, restore what has been broken.
Renew what has grown weary.
Strengthen what has become weak.

Because that is who You are, and that is what You do.

As always, we surrender this week to You.

Have Your way in our lives. Not our will, but Yours be done.

We trust You, we thank You, and we love You.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for who You are.

Thank You that You are the same yesterday, today, and forevermore. In a world that is constantly changing, You remain faithful, constant, and true.

Thank You for Your everlasting love, Your grace, Your mercy, Your peace, Your joy, and the freedom we have in knowing that we belong to You.

Lord, we recognize that so many of the things we once prayed for are now part of our everyday lives. We are walking in answered prayers, and for that, we are grateful.

Today, we lift up anyone who is feeling discouraged, hopeless, anxious, depressed, or struggling to see their value and purpose.

Father, cover them.

Remind them of who they are in You.

Show them the freedom, joy, peace, and authority that comes from being Your child.

Let them know they are loved, seen, chosen, and never alone.

Lord, the world has many definitions of love, but Your Word tells us that You are love.

And it is Your love that sustains us, protects us, comforts us, and carries us through every season of life.

May we never lose sight of who You are, whose we are, and all that we have in You.

We surrender this week to You and trust You with every detail.
