Biography - Felicia Ann Wills
Felicia Wills is a Skin Therapist bringing over 25 years of industry experience in Cosmetology, and has a keen interest in sharing the concept of hair, skin and nail health through customizable treatments, client education and creating memorable experiences. She later completed an appointed Dermalogica Partnership Program School for Esthetics in 2000, as well as the Post Graduate Esthetics program at The International Dermal Institute. Felicia also completed Cosmetology in 2005 and worked as an Educator for Spilo Worldwide for 5 years, traveling throughout Southern California and Las Vegas, demonstrating and selling Mehaz tweezers, shears and manicuring implements. Felicia continues to attend Dermalogica classes in Atlanta for continued growth and advancement, where she most recently achieved Dermalogica Expert status and 100 hour IDI Certification. Felicia has coupled her salon work experiences, with avid interests in education, writing, and marketing, and has cultivated a desire to brand herself for mentoring others by providing Salon and Spa Client Retention Coaching through several social media and business website article contributions, including her own video and written blogs, as well as an advocacy page on pages for Trichotillomania (TTM) Awareness; a hair loss disorder. Felicia has also written dialogue for speaker engagements. Some of her additional business interests include business growth & development, online retail sales, marketing and communications, beauty consulting & business image coaching. When she is not busy pursuing business interests, Felicia enjoys researching health and nutrition, cooking, and spending time with her fur babies, two dogs - Latte and Bama. Felicia’s pleasant personality, outstanding work ethic, compassion, and desire to exhibit nothing short of excellent service, allows her to bring value added expertise to her workplace by sharing knowledge and information and helping fellow salon employees continue to grow their business.
