BPEAChY Hair Care & Salon Suites is looking for ambitious beauty professionals who are serious about building their clientele and increasing their income.

We’re currently hiring:

• Hairstylists and braiders
• One licensed barber
• One cosmetology apprentice

COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITIES

These positions are commission-based, not hourly or salaried. Compensation is based on completed services and individual productivity.

• Hairstylists, braiders, and barber: Receive 60% of completed service revenue.
• Actual earnings depend on services performed, clientele, availability, and productivity.
• There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
• Team members are expected to actively promote themselves, attract and retain clients, and consistently provide quality services.

All new team members will undergo a 30–60-day evaluation period. Applicants must begin with some clientele and have the hustle necessary to attract more through consistent promotion and quality work.

The salon will provide opportunities to gain clients and make money, but the salon cannot be your only source of clientele. You must actively market yourself, retain clients, and show measurable growth. If you are not producing or making a genuine effort to build, the position will be offered to someone who is ready to work.

COSMETOLOGY APPRENTICESHIP:

This is a structured apprenticeship program—not free training. Your completed hours will be documented and reported toward your licensing requirements. You will receive hands-on education to help prepare you to pass your State Board examinations. Apprentices must also have some clientele and be prepared to work, learn, and promote themselves.

Compensation and apprenticeship details will be discussed privately with qualified applicants during the interview process.

We are a full-service salon that also sells premium hair bundles, providing additional opportunities to grow and earn.
