🧿As the new year approaches what are some rituals or practices you do to prepare yourself? Some practices that have been passed down in my family include:

Receiving a gift ( to represent you getting new things throughout the year) this can be as small as a pair of socks, a new scent or a dollar bill☪️💫

Resolutions are important but what is necessary is keeping up with them. A trick to stick to any resolution you may have is to start them BEFORE the new year so that you take them along with you. Carrying in the old and then changing is a process in itself. " Your life won't change unless you do."
