Long post alert…..as a new business owner I face different challenges every day and I try my best to conquer and learn from them and fix them where I can….this is one of those challenges…I recently received a bad review about a haircut that was done in my shop and although we strive to give the client the exact thing they ask for, not everyone is gonna be satisfied…understanding that I stand on the fact that if you don’t like the service, you don’t have to pay for it…..I do believe in getting paid for your services and with the price of everything going up unfortunately I can’t give you a $15 haircut anymore…..that being said, I also know what a “cut” head looks like and an “uncut” head looks like and in the picture, anybody that knows anything about hair and how it grows, this is clearly a “before” picture or an after a week or so of new growth picture…..there is no way I would’ve let this gentleman walk out of the shop like this…..so his hair was “cut” but I think it had something to do with the price and maybe not getting all the extras that he may have gotten for free at other shops….i tried to rationalize and talk to the gentleman but he was upset and I couldn’t get a word in…….il very understanding and fair about getting what you pay for and try to treat everyone with the utmost respect because I understand that there are many other shops that people can go to so I’m thankful for every client…..as an act of good faith I’ll refund the gentleman his money and continue to do my best to provide the best atmosphere and professionalism in servicing my clients in the future…respectfully Darnell Glasses Jackson CEO of Big Headz Barbershop🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
