Happy Monday ☀️I look forward to getting back in the studio next week after some much needed time off to be with friends, family and our pets. I’ve been deep cleaning our house, working on staying present and the art of letting go. Being a parent and owning a business is a lot. I only work part time, but juggling those two hats is a delicate balance. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and finding some joy despite the world being a dumpster fire. I hope the studio provides you with a sacred spot to relax your mind, body and spirit. See you all soon 🖤
