Time to Shine Barbershop is owned and operated by Master Barber Debra. Debra moved to Dover, NH 3 years ago. With Time to Shine Barbershop there is no comparison in town. Debra's skill and experience is unmatched in the area. Both Congressmen Jeb Bradley and Mayor Myers of Dover Attended her opening event. Congressmen Jeb received the first official haircut to start off a great business venture. Master Barber Debra has brought her years of skill in hair and facial art to the fine city of Dover, NH. We pride ourselves on being one of the only shops in town that still use a straight razor. Any style cut whether its new age or old fashioned we have the skill and ability to make it happen.
