Spain has been a beautiful reset.

From wandering the ancient Roman ruins of Italica Archaeological Site outside Seville, to standing beneath the endless arches of the Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba, every place has carried its own rhythm, history, and artistry. We also explored the hilltop fortress Castillo de Almodóvar del Río, where sweeping views and centuries-old stone walls make you feel the weight of history.

One evening we experienced the intensity and soul of a live flamenco show in Seville—raw, powerful, and deeply expressive. And in Córdoba, we slowed everything down with a restorative soak and massage at Hammam Al Ándalus Córdoba, a beautiful space inspired by ancient Arab baths.

Travel like this fills the creative well—textures, rituals, movement, architecture, and moments of stillness. Feeling grateful for this time to explore and recharge, and excited to bring that inspiration back home to Studio Max soon.

I want to share an important update with transparency and care.

Oway (Organic Way) has made the decision to move in a new direction that no longer supports single-chair salon suites. Their updated requirements now include a three-chair minimum to carry the line. As an independent stylist, this means I will no longer be able to offer Oway in my space once my current inventory is gone.

This is truly devastating. Oway has been a deeply aligned part of the ritual-based, holistic experience I offer, and I know many of you love these products as much as I do.

👉 If Oway is part of your routine, I strongly encourage you to stock up immediately while it’s still available. Once it’s gone, it will not be restocked.
