My Mom kept her battle with Stage 4 metastatic Lung cancer that spread everywhere a secret. My Mom passed on April 13. My Mom loved her hair and had it done every 6 weeks since i was born.First person that I knew to reach out to was Michelle. She even gave my Mom back door entrance. The love and compassion she gave to my Mom and myself I will cherish.
We had so many laughs and some tears but she made this process for My Mom amazing. She loved her wig and it looked just like her hair! Perfect match!

After another incident today, I figured it was a good time to talk about our cancellation policy and why we have this in place.
*Today one of my employees was belittled and shamed because a client called to cancel her 3 hour appointment only hours before they were due to come in.
*she raised her voice at my employee and told her that “She is not a Doctor or a Dentist* —— seriously, what does that even mean? Are stylist not worthy of their time?
*I’m going to explain something for those that don’t understand why these policy’s are put in place for so many Salons/Spas
💥We book out appropriate time slots for you. 99% of the time we DO NOT double book so you have our undivided attention.
YOU will NEVER see us rush to get your services done.
WE want you leaving feeling beautiful and 💯 satisfied with your service.

Do you think we are here trying to make a quick buck off of anyone? —- have you seen our prices??? Have you seen our beautiful Spa? Have you met the most beautiful, well rounded, kind, funny amazing women who work there?

MY EMPLOYEES DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT. —- BUT THEY DO DESERVE TO BE ABLE TO SURVIVE IN THIS CRAZY WORLD.
💥💥💥So please understand, we have this policy in place for a reason. Not to screw anyone over.

WE WORK OUR BUTTS OFF — sometimes 10-12 hours a day. — and we do it with a smile.
WE WORK AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE (a lot of times taking away from our family)
And NO, WE are not dentist or doctors, but we are STYLISTS, MOMS, DAUGHTERS, SISTERS, “THERAPISTS”AND GOOD FREAKING HUMANS!!!!!!

Thank you everyone if you’ve read this far. It just truly upsets me when I hear one of my employees is being mistreated. Every single one of us are beautiful people that genuinely care.
