What better way to kick off summer than a week in Miami celebrating Swim Week? ☀️👙🌴

As a young brand, this was a milestone for us, and it was so fun to be in the midst if such high + feminine energy.

From the iconic runways and wellness activations to thousands of goodie bags and an incredible community of women who love bikini season as much as we do, every moment was unforgettable.

One of the best parts? Meeting so many of you in person. 💞 Seeing the curiosity and excitement on women’s faces as they discovered The V Seal for the first time was amazing. And hearing so many say, “Wait, I’ve seen you on Instagram!” made all the hard work feel worth it.

We’re so grateful for everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared their stories, and supported our mission.

Already dreaming up bigger and better activations for next year...this is just the beginning.

Looking forward to the other events, goodie bags, and exciting things we have lined up for this summer. 😍

When it comes to UTIs, we hear a lot about staying hydrated, wiping front to back, and going p*e after in*******se, but why don’t we talk about the common connection with swimming?

Swimming, especially in natural bodies of water, is a known risk factor for contracting UTIs.

If you feel like that applies to you, then you might consider using a protective barrier, like The V Seal waterproof liners, to keep your intimate area clean and dry in the water. Yes, any water environment!

Quickest way to turn around a vacay that’s feels like it’s been ruined by your V being out of whack (or the hunch that it will be after swimming in that water)

From the pool to the hot tub to the ocean, my kitty simply does not like getting wet, and I’m guessing yours probably doesn’t either.

Because the water can throw off my pH, the chemicals can kill my beneficial bacteria, and the bacteria can get all up where it shouldn’t be.

The V Seal is an invisible second-skin liner that I just stick on before getting in the water — so the water doesn’t get in me.

And nowwww we’re dancing in the water without a second thought 🧜🏼‍♀️

Always love receiving testimonial videos from women who try The V Seal for the first time and love it 🥰

In case you didn’t know, we offer a free 10-pack in exchange for a testimonial video! So if you’ve tried The V Seal and want to share your experience, we’d love to hear from you (and so would the other women who are just discovering us!) 💕

Julia sent us this video via email talking about how much she loves our liners, and she made such a great point in her testimonial: ‘once you learn to apply, it feels like a second skin’.

SO! Be sure to pay close attention to the application process for your first 1–2 uses. There can be a small learning curve re positioning at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can do it with your eyes closed. Proper application is essential for The V Seal to, well, ‘seal’ — and it’s easy, but you just have to follow instructions.

Be sure to check out the tutorial video in our highlights for a quick how-to.

What happens when you put 700 women’s health experts, advocates, enthusiasts, and changemakers in a room?

We went to New York to find out.

Women’s Health Week () at the New York Academy of Medicine was an exciting synergy to be part of. From vag!nal wellness and the microbiome to hormones, fertility, and cancer, the range of conversations was expansive, and the energy both on stage and off felt electric. I could really feel how deeply each person I met cares about where women’s health is headed, and I left feeling so energized.

What stood out most to me wasn’t just the expertise, but the why behind it.

I met so many women who started their businesses fueled by a fire in their belly after experiencing friction with the current system. That same kind of lived experience is what led me to create , after dealing with the all-too-common cycle of getting thrown off by being in the water and having nothing but reactive options to turn to, rather than something that could actually help prevent the issue in the first place.

It was also really special to be back in NYC and share The V Seal in my old stomping grounds and watch it come to life on the streets. I found myself reminiscing on my days at NYU (partly because I saw so many graduates trekking the city in their purple cap and gowns). It felt like a full circle moment to return with a much clearer sense of direction and purpose, surrounded by a community of people working on a range of projects ultimately with a common through line of helping women live happier, healthier lives, in both big and small ways.

Meet Alexandra Dubinskaya, MD, Medical Director at The V Seal.

Dr. Dubinskaya is a fellowship-trained urogynecologist with more than 15 years of clinical experience and an established record of p*er-reviewed research. Her work focuses on pelvic health, sexual medicine, menopause, and women’s intimate care, with a passion for advancing areas of women’s health that have historically received limited attention and research.

At The V Seal, her clinical expertise helps shape a thoughtful, science-driven approach to innovation in intimate health.

One of our key initiatives is exploring the relationship between intimate imbalance and water exposure — a common concern among women that remains surprisingly understudied. We’re excited to have Dr. Dubinskaya helping lead this work with scientific rigor, clinical insight, and a commitment to improving women’s health.

As a woman I feel like I love getting in the water more than any man I know, but I know that most men have probably never had that post-swim ‘should I / shouldn’t I’ debate in their head the way we do so often as girls.

Our kitties do not love soaking in the water. Chemical or bacteria soup? Period anxiety? No thank you.

I mean I don’t know how we have gone so long without someone creating a waterproof liner for swimming!

That’s why I did it myself. And I’m loving the love we’ve been getting from the other girlies out there who just get it.

Try The V Seal risk-free, and if you don’t love it we’ll send you a refund. 😙 (but trust me, you’re gonna love it)

If you know the burning pain of a UTI, you also need to know about this product. Because whether you realize it or not, that UTI might’ve come from the water you swam in (even like a week ago).

So next time you go for a dip, make sure to try these waterproof intimate liners to protect your urethra from the water (more importantly, everything in it, like bacteria and chemicals).

Because guess what? Not so fun fact: the CDC found E. coli (the leading cause of UTIs) in the majority of swimming pools. Let that sink in… 😅

Get The V Seal now and pack it so you’re not caught off guard next time you want to get in the water without having to pay the price.
