A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We totally understand that things come up! We just ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 6 hours, no-shows, or appointments cancelled due to being more than 10 minutes late will be charged 100% of the service fee.

These policies help us respect our stylists’ time and allow us to offer those appointment times to other clients. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our schedules running smoothly!
