How I went from the pics on the left to the pics on the right and pivoted in my health 💪

💪 I decided things had to change
💪 I started practicing pilates
💪 I cut out gluten from my diet
💪 I eat more raw & fresh foods

That’s basically it ☺️.

Because of my knee issues, I was struggling to do EVERYTHING & my weight was getting out of control (for me). Walking up and down the stairs, getting out of bed, sleeping, getting in and out of the shower…. all of the daily activities I NEEDED to be able to do were getting harder and harder so weight was piling on. I was feeling defeated & hopeless. I couldn’t enjoy or even participate in activities with friends & family. It was awful!

I looked into joining a gym, boot camps (which John Kopecky laughed at when he saw the video because I was NOT going to be able to jump up on a box or do burpees, or run). And then I saw an ad for a free intro class at a pilates studio near me so I signed up. I took the class, came home and said, “THAT is exactly what I need!!”

Once I started practicing pilates, I started to FEEL better! I was STRONGER mentally & physically! Added bonus: I LOVED it!

THEN I decided to see how cutting gluten from my diet and eating more fresh foods would make me feel. I didn’t do it to lose weight. I was reading about the wheat that’s being grown and processed and how different it is from 20 years ago. I thought maybe that’s why I feel bloated all the time. Problem is: I LOVE carbs 🤦🏼‍♀️. It is what it is 🤷‍♀️. I didn’t want to give up carbs but wanted to feel less bloated and lose some tummy weight. It worked! I felt less bloated and full after eating and BONUS, I lost weight. About 20-25lbs.

My life has completely changed and my outlook on life has completely changed. All because I shifted my MINDSET! I made a decision & then acted on it. Now I’m a Pilates instructor 🥳

Things that are better:

💕 My daily walk with God
💕 I’m more productive
💕 My business is growing
💕 My outlook is hopeful/excited
💕 I enjoy my life & relationships
💕 I look forward to the future
