💦 Be gentle with wet hair — it’s more fragile and prone to breakage, so start detangling at the ends and work your way up.

🫧 Shampoo twice — especially if you have an oily scalp, use lots of styling products, or feel like your hair never gets completely clean.

✂️ Keep up with regular trims — I know, I know… you’re trying to grow it! But trimming those split ends can help prevent them from traveling farther up the hair and causing even more breakage.

🔥 Turn down the tools — use heat protection and avoid cranking your hot tools up unnecessarily high. Your hair will thank you!

🎀 Pay attention to the little daily habits — gentle brushing, low-tension styles, drying your hair before bed, microfiber towels, silk pillowcases, and the right hydrating + bond-building products can all add up.
